Tiger Track Team Wins First Regional in 29 Years!

Kokomo, Indiana - IHSAA BOYS TRACK REGIONAL
The Tiger boys track team was crowned IHSAA Regional Track and Field champions after a 24-hour delay in the competition on Friday night. Heading into Friday's competition, Warsaw had a one point lead over Kokomo with the pole vault competition remaining. After all was said and done, the one point lead remained and for the first time in 29 years, Warsaw has won the IHSAA Boys Track and Field Regional. Well done, guys!
This Friday, June 3, 2011, the Tigers will compete in the State Championship at the Robert C. Haugh Track and Field Complex at Indiana University in Bloomington. Events begin at 3PM.
