Lady Tiger Softball Team Wins Thriller In Extra Innings 15-14
SOFTBALL ACTION - May 5th
VARSITY: WARSAW 15 WAWASEE 14 (8 innings)
The Lady Tigers won a wild one at home on Wednesday night. Kaitlin Gruenwald, Alex Sanchez and Kelsey Dotson each had four hits with Dotson and Gruenwald each hitting a double. Dotson had the game winning RBI. Kayla Snider and Kendra Marshall also had three hits. Senior Kaitlin Reichard hit a grand slam home run for Warsaw.
JR. VARSITY: WAWASEE 14 WARSAW 5
In the JV game, Sam Bennett led the offense with a double.
The varsity travels to Carroll this evening while both teams will play at Goshen on Friday.
