Summary:
Needing a win to finish first place in the NLC the Warsaw Lady Tiger soccer team came up just short. A tie saw Northridge capture the conference championship outright. A back and forth game between two very good teams finished with no goals. Warsaw had two very good opportunities to win the championship, both came from Senior captain Hannah Cutshall. The first opportunity came in the first half when Cutshall slipped past two defenders and took a shot that caromed off the post. The second chance came with just 18 minutes remaining in the match when Cutshall took a 30 yard shot that was destined to score, but the Northridge keeper Juliana Skow went full stretch to deny the goal. Warsaw finishes the regular season at 11-2-2, and a school record 12 shutouts on the season.
