LAKELAND CHRISTIAN ACADEMY 11, GRANGER CHRISTIAN 0

LCA put on an offensive display in picking up a win in Granger.

Parker Stewart and Micah Mansfield each notched a hat trick and Theran McKeever added two goals as LCA outshot Granger Christian 22-4. Remington Swanson, Jake Harmon and Landon Twombly added late goals for the Cougars.

McKeever had three assists, Harmon two assists and Swanson and Stewart one assist each in the win.

Swanson earned the win in net, splitting the shutout with Peter Koller.

LCA moves to 8-2-1 on the season with a big game Tuesday at Manchester.

WARSAW 3, ELKHART CENTRAL 1

Warsaw added another solid non-conference win to its résumé Saturday night in a late win.

Stats for Warsaw were not immediately provided.

Saul Garay had the lone goal for the Blue Blazers.

Warsaw (8-2-3) will visit Goshen Thursday in a huge Northern Lakes Conference showdown.

EAST NOBLE 3, WAWASEE 2

Wawasee couldn’t rally fast enough in a home loss Saturday to the Knights.

Ethan Carey and Braedon Schlabach each scored for the Warriors, but Schlabach’s goal came in the 79th minute with Wawasee down two.

Dillon Drake made nine stops in net for Wawasee.

“We played hard for about 15 minutes out of the 80. Very disappointing to see the effort the team brought,” said Wawasee head coach Jordan Sharp. “East Noble proved to be effective at winning 50-50 challenges and playing tough and aggressive. We gave up another corner kick goal and didn’t put one away ourselves. In summary, it took us too late to show up to the game, costing us the victory.”

Wawasee (3-8) will travel to Goshen Tuesday.
