WINONA LAKE – The Warsaw boys golf team continued its outstanding season Tuesday night.

The host Tigers put up a season-best score in posting big wins over both Concord and Northridge in Northern Lakes Conference action.

Warsaw shot a season low team total of 146 to easily beat both the Minutemen (166) and the Raiders (192) in the NLC triangular at the Stonehenge Golf Club.

Coach Rich Haddad’s talented team, which was coming off a championship performance in the Culver Academy Invitational on Saturday, improves to 5-0 in NLC action.

Senior Sam Yeager led the way for Warsaw. He shot a one-under par total of 34 on the front nine to earn individual medalist honors on the night.

Luke Delp came in next for the Tigers with a 36. Tommy Meier shot a 37 and Jacob LaLonde 39 for the hosts. Chase Byron rounded out the varsity team with a 40.

The Warsaw junior varsity team also won a pair, shooting 187. Northridge came in at 208 and Concord at 231.

Zach LaLonde led the Warsaw JV with a 41. Tucker Carlile shot a 43 for the winners. Lucas Rhodes shot a 46, with Noah Pequignot at 55 and Cole Voss 56 for the JV Tigers.

Warsaw will look to wrap up an undefeated NLC regular season on Thursday night versus host Wawasee and Goshen in league play at South Shore in Syracuse.

The NLC Tournament is then set for Saturday at Rozella Ford in Warsaw.
