GOSHEN – Plymouth’s undefeated run through the Northern Lakes Conference yielded a championship and several accolades to headline the 2018 volleyball season.

The Pilgrims went 7-0 and had Sadie Bastardo, Avery Christy, Miranda German and Kenzie Snyder all named First Team All-NLC with Alaina Clady as Honorable Mention All-NLC. Coach Derek Eveland was tabbed by his peers as the Coach of the Year.

Warsaw, which finished second at 6-1, had five selections. Betty Barnett, Kacy Bragg and Katie Swanson were All-NLC and Kennedy Lauck and Erin Peugh were both named Honorable Mention All-NLC.

Memorial wound up third at 5-2 and had Emily Anderson, Laney Austin and DeJeana Johnson were All-NLC and Margaret Wiegand was Honorable Mention.

NorthWood (4-3) had Whitney Gessinger and Maddy Payne as All-NLC and Caroline Mullet and Kate Rulli Honorable Mention after finishing fourth. Wawasee (2-5) tied with Goshen and Northridge for fifth, the Warriors had Elizabeth Kleopfer as Honorable Mention.

Brynn Shoup-Hill of Goshen and Molly Brown of Northridge were All-NLC, and Megan Gallagher of Goshen was Honorable Mention.

Concord (0-7) did not have an athlete on either list.
