Tiger XC Continues NLC Dominance; Stays Unbeaten

Coach Jim Mills' Boys XC team remained undefeated Wednesday night. Winning ugly on a confusing course is just another sign to the Coach that this team is special.
"The course was a trap. We lost runners, we turned the wrong way, and at the end of the meet we still had no idea where the actual trails were meant to be. However, this group of men continues to show the moxy and fortitude it takes to win a conference title", said Coach Mills.
Times were irrelevant on this night. What mattered were the finishing places of each Tiger runner. Warsaw was led by the lead pack of Jacob Poyner, Ellis Coon, and Cam Hoskins. All finishing in the top five to bring home the win. Poyner remains undefeated and is a sure lock for all-conference status.
Warsaw defeated NLC foes Goshen and Plymouth to move to 6-0 in the NLC.
