Lady Tigers XC Wins 2nd Tiger Classic in 3 Years; Erba Breaks Course Record

On a beautiful evening, the Lady Tigers captured their 2nd Tiger Classic championship in three years by edging out state-ranked Huntington North and nine other teams.
Led by the record-setting duo, Ashley Erba (1st- 18:20 New Course Record) and Anna Bearss (2nd- 18:34 2nd fastest time ever on WCHS course), Warsaw also received strong finishes from seniors Brooke Kline (8th- 20:12), Lilly Fleming (18th- 21:16), Creigh Ogle (28th- 21:36), Michelle Feng (35th- 22:07) and junior Kristin Quick (25th- 21:16) to finish with a winning score of 54 points.
In all, 16 Lady Tigers ran season best efforts with 4 of those being lifetime best efforts.
