Erba Continues to Break Records As Lady Tigers XC Places Second in Northrop Invitational
On Saturday, Sept. 10, the Lady Tigers finished 2nd as a team, just one point behind #14-ranked Concordia. The meet has a format of separating out runners by grade level and awarding not only the overall team champions and runners up, but the grade level team champions as well. Warsaw ran away with the Sophomore, Junior and Senior championships while placing second in the Freshman race.
Leading the way for the Lady Tigers were Ashley Erba (1st- 18:37* New Course Record), Anna Bearss (2nd- 18:54 New Frosh-Soph Course Record), Brooke Kline (7th- 20:34), Kristin Quick (12th-20:55), Creigh Ogle (19th- 21:47), Madeline Hooks (23rd- 22:00), and Kara Millington (25th- 22:24).
Next up for Warsaw is their NLC Dual meet with Concord and Elkhart Memorial on Tues, Sept. 13 starting at 5:00p (Miller Field- Grace College).
