WARSAW CHEER: LEAMON, FRIBLEY STICK TOGETHER, SIGN WITH IWU

WARSAW – A pair of Warsaw cheerleaders are continuing to man the sidelines together in college as Morgan Leamon and Sarah Fribley have chosen to continue their cheer and academic careers at Indiana Wesleyan. The two signed their letters of intent this past week.

Leamon is a 7-letter varsity cheerleader for the Tigers, competing in three state championships for competition squad, highlighted by a fourth and a fifth-place performance finish. Leamon received the Tiger Award for her junior year.

Not only has the senior stood out on the sidelines, Leamon has been a tremendous asset in the community, serving with numerous Feed My Starving Children efforts. A 10-year 4-H member for Horse and Pony, Leamon is a two-time Versatility Buckle winner, and she has served as the Horse and Pony Club President for two years.

Leamon, a National Honor Society Member, has been tremendous in the classroom earning an 11.0 grade point average through her first seven semesters.

Leamon intends to cheer for IWU and coach Zach Moore, and she intends to study nursing.

Fribley, a member of the National Honor Society, earned an impressive 11.5 grade point average through her first seven semesters, and she intends to study nursing while cheering for coach Moore and the Wildcats.

A member of the Fellowship Missions, Fribley served as a Lincoln Elementary School tutor, and she has served at Baker Youth Club and Kosciusko Cares organization.
