Deadlocked after the first quarter, the Warsaw Tigers used a 10-point run and pulled away from Elkhart Central en route to a 55-37 victory on Tuesday night.

Lucas Grose was the Tiger leader, scoring 19 points on 8 of 9 shooting from the floor. Grose also pulled down six rebounds. Jared Bloom scored 13 points and had three assists, and Jordyn Coon added 11 points and had a pair of assists.

The Tigers, moving to 9-1 with the victory, forced 22 turnovers. Warsaw will face Goshen in a Northern Lakes Conference matchup on Friday night.

Warsaw captured the JV contest with a 44-41 overtime victory over the Blue Blazers. John Swanson led the way with 10 points. Peyton Long, who finished with eight points, sent the game into overtime with a 14-foot jumper at the buzzer. Jason Ferguson and Jake Mangas each scored eight points, and Rashaan Jackson had nine rebounds.
