GOSHEN – An undefeated run through the Northern Lakes Conference propelled Northridge to the top of the All-NLC honors.

The conference announced its awards Monday morning amidst the postponement of the IHSAA boys basketball state tournament, which was halted after the sectional round. Both Northridge and NorthWood were still alive in the state tournament, Northridge opposite Culver Academy at the Class 4-A Michigan City Regional and NorthWood opposite Norwell at the Class 3-A New Castle Regional.

Northridge ran the table in the NLC, going 7-0 to win the title by two games over runner-up Elkhart Memorial, which finished 5-2 in its final season in the conference. The Raiders had Sam Smith, Alex Stauffer and Carter Stoltzfus named All-NLC and Cam Knepp as Honorable Mention All-NLC. The Chargers had D’Arjon Lewis and Brackton Miller named All-NLC and Brandon Brooks as Honorable Mention All-NLC.

Raider head coach Scott Radeker was tabbed by his peers as the Coach of the Year.

NorthWood and Warsaw tied for third at 4-3 overall. The Tigers had Luke Adamiec and Blake Marsh named All-NLC and the Panthers had Trent Edwards and Ben Vincent named All-NLC.

Wawasee and Plymouth both finished 3-4 and tied for fifth. The Warriors had Austin Miller named All-NLC and Ethan Hardy named Honorable Mention All-NLC. The Pilgrims had Jake Reichard named All-NLC and Easton Strain named Honorable Mention All-NLC.

Goshen (2-5) had Drew Hogan named All-NLC and Zack Barker tabbed Honorable Mention All-NLC. Zaven Koltookian was an Honorable Mention selection for Concord (0-7).
