Lady Tigers Roll Over Plymouth to Stay Perfect
Coach Michelle Harter's Lady Tigers are still undefeated after today's win at Plymouth. Just four days ago, the Lady Tigers upset #1 ranked (2A) Bishop Luers in double overtime to claim their 5th consecutive victory. The Warsaw girls were back in action with an early 11:00 a.m. game Saturday to defend their perfect record.
Senior Sarah Shilling scored 13 points and grabbed 4 rebounds to lead the Lady Tigers to a 52-38 win. Junior Kayla Stout added 11 points and 6 boards while senior Kelci Freds scored 10 points to go along with 6 assists. Freds scored a season high 29 points Tuesday night in Fort Wayne during the Bishop Luers thriller.
The Warsaw Lady Tigers are now a perfect 6-0 on the season with 4 games left to round out 2009.
