Lady Tigers Pound Carroll
FORT WAYNE - The No. 20 ranked Warsaw girls team continued its solid play with a 58-26 victory over Fort Wayne Carroll on Wednesday night.
Michelle Harter's squad improved its record to 12-2 overall heading into Saturday's Northern Lakes Conference matchup at Goshen.
Lindsay Baker led a balanced Tigers attack with 19 points, seven rebounds and three steals, Sarah Heagy had 12 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals, Sarah Ray had nine points and four steals, and Jennifer Walker Crawford had eight points, four assists and three steals. Nikki Grose led Warsaw on the boards with 13 rebounds.
In the JV contest, Warsaw captured a 31-18 victory. Courtney Farling had seven points and four rebounds, Pam Miller had six points and eight rebounds, and Jackie Ferguson had four steals.
