Baker, Heagy Lead Lady Tigers Over Northridge
The Lady Tigers took a firm grip on the Northern Lakes Conference lead with a 54-41 victory over a tough Northridge team. The Tigers move to 11-1 overall and 3-0 in the NLC while Northridge falls to 12-2 and 2-1. The Tigers earned a No. 20 ranking in the Indiana BasketballCoaches Association poll this week.
Lindsay Baker led a balanced attack with 15 points and two steals, while Sarah Heagy had 10 points and a pair of steals, and Nikki Grose had eight points and 10 rebounds. Ashley Ousley had three steals for Warsaw.
In the JV game, Warsaw captured a 31-21 victory. Courtney Farling had 11 points and Pam Miller had six rebounds.
